This course is designed for doctors who want to learn ultrasound in obstetrics in a structured and methodical manner. It will address ultrasound physics (in brief), methodology and knobology.
The curriculum ensures a sound practical and theoretical knowledge on early pregnancy scans (normal and abnormal), basic obstetric ultrasound as per 6 step approach of ISUOG (International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The latter includes fetal biometry, assessment of fetal growth, amniotic fluid, placenta and chorionicity and amnionicity. The delegate will also learn to recognize abnormal in the above.
