Fetal Medicine is a relatively new and rapidly upcoming subspecialty of Obstetrics that focuses on
diagnosing and managing fetal problems. Fetal medicine specialists play a crucial role in ensuring
the health and wellbeing of the developing fetus. The aim of antenatal care is to facilitate a
healthy mother deliver a healthy baby in a safe environment, thus optimising the outcome for the
pregnancy.

Aim and Objectives

To familiarise the Obstetricians with FMF & ISUOG fetal screening protocols, common fetal problems, and their management.
To update Obstetricians with the latest evidence-based guidelines
Equip Obstetricians with optimal knowledge to meet the increased demands of the parents-to-be.

Course Content

14-modules’ course with MCQs for each module
Online tests after each module to be completed after the webinar and aim to score > 80%
2-hour webinars on a predetermined day of the week from 7 to 9 pm
3-4 weekly schedule
Lectures will be delivered by experts in the respective fields
Pre-paid course of 12 months’ duration
WhatsApp group with the registered delegates to discuss challenges
Certification from FGi Research Institute
